Device Management. 35.1. A balanced deployment of print devices, services and supplies is key to the optimisation of MPS. The Contractor will ensure that there is an accurate list of all assets, which is updated on a regular basis with the correct configuration, location and status of the device. This list shall be reported to the Authority and/or Framework Public Bodies when required.
35.2. The Contractor will offer a comprehensive maintenance service and ensure that all consumables a device will require during its lifecycle such as toner, maintenance kits etc. are provided on a proactive and timely basis.
35.3. The Contractor will ensure that the service levels of the machines are kept to agreed levels and that relevant management information is provided relating to this.
35.4. The Contractor should be able to provide proactive monitoring as required by the Framework Public Bodies when calling off from the Framework, however, it is not a mandatory requirement that all catalogue items have the ability for proactive monitoring.
Device Management. 14.2.1 The Supplier shall work co-operatively with Contracting Authorities to ensure the best utilisation of Devices by providing flexibility around the management, (re)location and (re)deployment of Contracting Authorities Devices throughout the duration of the Call Off Contract.
14.2.2 The Supplier shall ensure that all Devices within their area of control, are operated to ensure that print jobs are directed to the most efficient and cost effective Device. The Supplier shall ensure that this approach includes Contracting Authorities sites that utilise third party multi-vendor Legacy Equipment.
14.2.3 The Supplier shall provide proposals which shall form part of the regular review process with Contracting Authorities, following assessment of Device deployments against Contracting Authorities User demands/printed volume and utilisation of the Devices.
14.2.4 The Supplier shall ensure that proposals seek to increase the number of personnel utilising each Device to improve the User per Device ratio and support continual reduction of the Contracting Authorities print costs.

The parents and student agree that Wellesley Public Schools’ Mobile Device Management Service will interact with the iPad remotely, including, but not limited to inspecting, installing or removing profiles, viewing which applications are installed, using secure erase functions and enforcing device passcodes.
b. WPS staff will work with parent/guardian and student to create a school-based Apple ID and password for their student for leased or owned devices.
c. WPS is responsible for creating an Apple ID and password for the student for families who do not participate in the lease, own or BYOD portions of the program.

v. No charging facilities are available while at school for personal devices. Do not bring any chargers to school.
vi. Where there is reason to suspect that a student has materials on their device that contravene the Child Safe Framework or Servite Student ICT Acceptable Use Policy, the College has the right to check the device and subsequently follow up with parents/guardians or report the matter to the authorities.
Device Management. SELLER will use only securely configured, corporate-owned devices (i.e. non BYOD or hybrid/work personal use devices) to connect to BUYER networks and systems or to access or store P&G INFORMATION.
Device Management. 19.1 The Supplier shall maintain OS images for deployment to Customer devices via automated systems where possible.
19.2 The Supplier shall maintain forty (40) application packages for deployment to Customer devices via automated systems where possible.
19.3 The Supplier shall use Mobile Device Management software to maintain Customer devices where possible. For the avoidance of doubt, the Customer shall be liable for all costs associated with device management and licencing. Schedule 5 Maintenance Services
1. In this Schedule 5, the following definitions shall apply: Core Support Service means the services described in this Schedule 5 and comprising the following non-exhaustive services:
(i) a service desk to provide first-line technical support to Users of the Managed Services as set out in paragraph 6 of this Schedule 5; and
(ii) Hardware and Software support to Users of the Managed Services during Core Hours. means the following services:
i) technical support assisting the Customer with devices, servers, networking, software application and Hardware issues via telephone, email or onsite visits;
ii) technical diagnosis of Incidents and either fixing remotely or on-site;
iii) documenting calls on the service desk; and
iv) escalating Incidents where they cannot be Resolved locally, Ticket the unique reference number assigned by the Supplier to any fault or request reported by the Customer in accordance with paragraph 6 of this Schedule 5.
2. In return for payment of the Managed Services Fee set out in Schedule 1, the Supplier shall supply, and the Customer shall take the Core Support Service and Second Line Support Services.
3. Where the Customer requires additional Customer Site support in any Contract Month it may be, at the Supplier’s option, provided by the Supplier at the Fees in accordance with paragraph 2 of this Schedule 5 (as varied from time to time in accordance with this Agreement).
4. The Core Support Service shall meet the Service Level Arrangements set out in Schedule 6.
