Common use of Dialogue Clause in Contracts

Dialogue. In the event of a "Dispute," the parties shall through confidential dialogue and communication, including, as appropriate, face-to-face personal discussions, attempt to achieve an amicable and mutually satisfactory resolution of such claim, dispute or controversy. In this regard an officer, as may be designated in writing by the Company, will represent the Company.
