Different time zones Clause Samples

The 'Different time zones' clause establishes how parties in separate time zones will coordinate deadlines, communications, or other time-sensitive obligations under the agreement. Typically, this clause specifies which time zone will govern for the purposes of notices, performance dates, or delivery times, such as stating that all deadlines are based on the time zone of one party’s principal place of business. By clarifying which time zone applies, the clause prevents confusion or disputes about timing, ensuring that all parties have a shared understanding of when obligations must be met.
