Common use of Digital Files Clause in Contracts

Digital Files. ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that no digital literature files (whether low, medium, or high resolution) provided by Endocarts to Buyer or any of Buyer’s employees, representatives, contractors, or agents may be directly or indirectly modified or altered in any way, whether for promotion, marketing, sales, or other purposes, without first obtaining the express written approval of Endocarts. Any modification or alteration made by Buyer without obtaining such approval will be deemed a breach of this Agreement.
