Common use of Diligent Completion Clause in Contracts

Diligent Completion. The Company agrees to use its reasonable efforts to cause the acquisition, construction and installation of the Project to be completed; however, notwithstanding anything contained in this Fee Agreement to the contrary, the Company shall not be obligated to complete the acquisition of the Project and may terminate this Agreement with respect to all or portion of the Project as set forth in Article X herein.
