Common use of Direct Interconnection Clause in Contracts

Direct Interconnection. Direct Interconnection between the Parties will be provided at rates contained in Exhibit A of this Agreement. Such interconnection will be at a POI mutually agreed to by the Parties provided the POI remains on the DFT network and the DFT has facilities in place to support the request.
