Common use of Disability Access Clause in Contracts

Disability Access. Guidelines Landlord shall, at its sole cost and expense, provide and maintain the Leased Premises with accessibility and facilities for persons with disabilities meeting code requirements, including but not limited to, Title II and III of the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), all applicable laws, rules, ordinances and regulations issued by any federal, state or local political subdivisions with jurisdiction and authority in connection with the property.

Disability Access.
