Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan. Grantee shall submit a final Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan in accordance with Attachment C, Contract Deliverables, of the Grant Agreement. Grantee shall implement and maintain the HHSC- approved Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan specific to the transition and ongoing operations, including addressing provision of uninterrupted service delivery to clients, and update the. HHSC- approved plan must be in place prior to start of any services being provided. Any updates to the Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days for review prior to implementation, and the current plan must be on file and available for HHSC review upon request.
