Common use of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan Clause in Contracts

Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan. Within sixty (60) days after the Effective Date, Supplier shall submit for Cisco approval a plan for recovery and business continuity in the event of a disaster affecting any location relating in any way to the manufacture and sale of Products contemplated by this MPA (the “Plan”). Such Plan, at a minimum, shall identify available alternate facilities, infrastructure and logistics, and security and protective measures necessary to ensure minimal impact to Cisco’s supply of Products from Supplier.
