Common use of Disbursement Requirements Clause in Contracts

Disbursement Requirements. Prior to disbursing the Grant Funds, Grantee shall provide the following to the City so that the reimbursement may be processed: a. Copy of the recorded notice of completion (as defined by California Civil Code section 3093) with respect to the Improvements. b. Copies of all ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, invoices, and other documents satisfactory to City evidencing the final costs of the Improvements.
