Common use of Discharge Subject to Grievance Procedure Clause in Contracts

Discharge Subject to Grievance Procedure. A claim by an employee that he/she has been discharged from his/her employment without reasonable cause, shall be considered a grievance to be submitted in writing as Step 2, in accordance with Article 6 of this Collective Agreement, within five (5) days from the date of discharge.
