Common use of Disciplinary Action Clause in Contracts

Disciplinary Action. Employees facing disciplinary action as defined by the Fresno County Personnel Rules implementing either disciplinary suspension, administrative salary reduction, disciplinary demotion or dismissal, may elect to be accompanied by a representative of their choosing at any administrative proceeding conducted prior to the imposition of such discipline.

Disciplinary Action. Employees facing disciplinary action as defined by the Fresno County Personnel Rules implementing either disciplinary suspension, administrative salary reduction, disciplinary demotion or dismissal, dismissal may elect to be accompanied by a representative of their choosing at any administrative proceeding proceeding, conducted prior to the imposition of such discipline. Appeals to any disciplinary action so imposed will be governed by applicable provisions of said Personnel Rules. Disciplinary action other than those defined above shall not be governed by the provisions of this section.
