Common use of Discipline Notices Clause in Contracts

Discipline Notices. Whenever Canadian Union Promotions Inc. or a representative of Canadian Union Promotions Inc. deems it necessary to discipline an employee in a manner indicating that dismissal may follow any repetition of the act complained of, or omission referred to, or that dismissal may follow if such employee fails to bring his/her work up to a required standard, Canadian Union Promotions Inc. shall, within ten (10) working days of becoming aware of any event or complaint, give written particulars of such discipline to the Secretary of the Union, with a copy to the employee involved. The copy shall be presented to the employee in the presence of his/her ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.
