Disclosure to numbering service providers. (a) Any Creditor Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Creditor Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Loan and/or the Borrower and/or any Security Party the following information: (i) names of the Borrower and the Security Parties; (ii) country of domicile of the Borrower and the Security Parties; (iii) place of incorporation of the Borrower and the Security Parties; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) Clause 33 (Law and jurisdiction); (vi) the names of the Agent, each Mandated Lead Arranger and each Arranger; (vii) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (viii) amount of Total Commitments; (ix) currency of the Loan; (x) type of facility; (xi) ranking of Loan; (xii) Final Repayment Date; (xiii) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to sub-paragraphs (i) to (xii) above; and (xiv) such other information agreed between such Creditor Party and the Borrower, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services.

(a) Any Creditor Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Creditor Finance Party to provide identification numbering services in respect of this Agreement, the Loan Facility and/or the Borrower and/or any Security Party one or more Transaction Obligors the following information: (i) names of the Borrower and the Security PartiesTransaction Obligors; (ii) country of domicile of the Borrower and the Security PartiesTransaction Obligors; (iii) place of incorporation of the Borrower and the Security PartiesTransaction Obligors; (iv) date of this Agreement; (v) Clause 33 46 (Law and jurisdictionGoverning Law); (vi) the names of the Agent, each Mandated Lead Arranger Facility Agent and each the Arranger; (vii) date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (viii) amounts of, and names of, the Facility (and any Advances); (ix) amount of Total Commitments; (ixx) currency of the Loan; (x) type of facilityFacility; (xi) ranking type of LoanFacility; (xii) Final Repayment ranking of Facility; (xiii) Termination Date; (xiiixiv) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to sub-paragraphs (i) to (xiixiii) above; and (xivxv) such other information agreed between such Creditor Finance Party and the BorrowerBorrowers, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services.

(a) Any Creditor Finance Party may disclose to any national or international numbering service provider appointed by that Creditor Finance Party to provide identification numbering services ​ in respect of this Agreement, the Loan Facility and/or the Borrower and/or any Security Party Company the following information: (i) the names of the Borrower and the Security PartiesObligors; (ii) the country of domicile of the Borrower and the Security PartiesObligors; (iii) the place of incorporation of the Borrower and the Security PartiesObligors; (iv) the date of this Agreement; (v) Clause 33 (Law and jurisdiction)the governing law of this Agreement; (vi) the names of the Agent, each Mandated Lead Arranger Facility Agent and each Arrangerthe Arrangers; (vii) the date of each amendment and restatement of this Agreement; (viii) the amount and name of the Facility (and any tranches); (ix) the amount of the Total Commitments; (ixx) the currency of the Loan; (x) type of facilityFacility; (xi) ranking the type of Loanthe Facility; (xii) Final Repayment Datethe ranking of the Facility; (xiii) the Termination Date for the Facility; (xiv) changes to any of the information previously supplied pursuant to sub-paragraphs (i) to (xiixiii) above; and (xivxv) such other information agreed between such Creditor Finance Party and the BorrowerCompany, to enable such numbering service provider to provide its usual syndicated loan numbering identification services.
