Common use of DISCONNECTION AND RELOCATION Clause in Contracts

DISCONNECTION AND RELOCATION. The Licensee shall, without charge to the Town, protect, support, temporarily disconnect, relocate in the same Street or other Public Way, or remove from any Street or any other Public Ways, any of its property as required by the Issuing Authority and/or its designee(s) by reason of traffic conditions, public safety, street construction, change or establishment of street grade, or the construction of any public improvement or structure by any Town department acting in a governmental capacity.

DISCONNECTION AND RELOCATION. The Licensee shall, without charge to the Townat its sole cost and expense, protect, support, temporarily disconnect, relocate in the same Street street or other Public WayWay and place, or remove from any Street street or any other Public WaysWays and places, any of its property as required by the Issuing Authority and/or or its designee(s) by reason of traffic conditions, public safety, street construction, change or establishment of street grade, or the construction of any public improvement or structure by any Town department acting in a governmental capacity.

The Licensee shall, without charge to the TownCity, protect, support, temporarily disconnect, relocate in the same Street street or other Public WayWay and place, or remove from any Street street or any other Public WaysWays and places, any of its property as required by the Issuing Authority and/or its or his designee(s) by reason of traffic conditions, public safety, street construction, change or establishment of street grade, or the construction of any public improvement or structure by any Town City department acting in a governmental capacity. With respect to timing or cost, the Licensee shall be treated on par with any other affected utilities.
