Common use of DISCONNECTION AND RELOCATION Clause in Contracts

DISCONNECTION AND RELOCATION. The Licensee shall, at no charge or cost to the Town, protect, support, temporarily disconnect, relocate in the same street or other Public Way and place, or remove from any street or any other Public Ways and places, any of its property as required by the Issuing Authority or its designee(s) by reason of traffic conditions, public safety, street construction, change or establishment of street grade, or the construction of any public improvement or structure by any Town department acting in a governmental capacity. If there is a cost to Subscribers regarding such disconnection or relocation, such cost shall be in compliance with applicable law(s).
