Discontinuance of Operations. When operations or departments are discontinued, employees affected will be given other work in the plant which they can do and without change of ranking for seniority. Work will be made available in the following order:
(a) Open jobs.
(b) Jobs of probationary employees.
(c) Jobs of lesser seniority employees.

Discontinuance of Operations. Should Client discontinue its business for any reason, all fees due Sedgwick shall be paid immediately. Sedgwick shall have no further obligation to continue to provide the services called for in this Agreement, and, at Sedgwick’ option, this Agreement shall be considered terminated as of the date Client ceases operations or is subject to a bankruptcy or receivership filing, either voluntarily or involuntarily.
