Common use of Discrepancies Clause in Contracts

Discrepancies. Any discrepancies, inconsistencies, or ambiguities found between the Drawings and Specifications and the site conditions shall be immediately reported to the Owner's field engineering supervisor, who shall promptly correct such inconsistencies or ambiguities in the Drawings or Specifications in writing. Any Work done after such discovery or after the Contractor should have reasonably made such discovery, unless authorized in writing by Owner, will be done at the Contractor's risk.
