Discrepancies. (a) In the event that a timesheet/project report is received that has not been authorised by the Client, the Contractor will be notified at the earliest convenience and request the Contractor to resubmit the timesheet/project report, duly authorised by the Client, in order to ensure prompt payment. In the event that the Contractor declines to submit a Client- authorised timesheet/ project report, the process in 4(b)(ii) shall apply. (b) Any missing details or discrepancies of addition that are contained within timesheets or pro- ject reports will lead to the incomplete or inaccurate documentation being rejected and sent back to the Contractor, with a note of the missing detail or discrepancy. This documentation must then be corrected and re-submitted before it can be processed. (c) Where VAT is claimed but the claim does not comply with VAT invoice requirements, the claim will be rejected and a request that a replacement claim is submitted.
