Discussions and Interviews. After the receipt of proposals, discussions may be conducted with Offerors who submit proposals determined to be reasonably susceptible of being selected for award. The City reserves the right to conduct personal interviews or require presentation of any or all proposals prior to selection. The City will not be liable for any costs incurred by the Offeror in connection with such interview/presentations.

Any discussions or interviews with any officer, director, shareholder, member, manager, employee or agent of Seller, of any tenant of the Property, or of any Governmental Entity shall be conducted, at Seller's election, in the presence of the Designated Representative, or an agent or employee of Seller approved by the Designated Representative. Seller shall make either the Designated Representative or another agent or employee approved by the Designated Representative available to Buyer for such discussions or interviews, provided that Buyer gives Seller written notice of Buyer's intent to conduct such interview or discussions at least one (1) Business Days prior to the date Buyer intends to conduct such interviews or discussions. Geotechnical Engineering and Construction Materials Testing On-Call Services, Calendar Year 2011 The City of Maricopa is seeking qualified consultants to provide geotechnical engineering and materials testing and laboratory services on an as-needed basis for public facilities, as contracted through the Development Services Department and the Transportation and Engineering Divisions. Up to three (3) firms may be contracted to provide these services for Fiscal Year 2012, with an option to extend the contract for an additional two (2) – one (1) year periods.
