Dispatch Days Sample Clauses

The 'Dispatch Days' clause defines the specific days on which goods or services are scheduled to be dispatched or shipped under the contract. Typically, this clause outlines whether dispatches occur on business days, excludes weekends or public holidays, and may specify cut-off times for orders to be processed for same-day dispatch. By clearly establishing when dispatches will take place, the clause helps manage expectations between parties, reduces the risk of misunderstandings about delivery timelines, and ensures smoother logistical coordination.
