Dispatch Down/Curtailment. Notwithstanding Section 3.1(b) and this Section 3.1(i), Seller shall reduce delivery amounts as directed by the CAISO, Buyer, or the Participating Transmission Owner during any Dispatch Down Period; provided that, for a Dispatch Down Period as described in Section 1.50(b) through (d), such Dispatch Down Period shall be no more than fifty (50) hours during any Contract Year.

Dispatch Down/Curtailment. Seller shall reduce delivery amounts as directed by the CAISO, the Participating Transmission Owner, Buyer, or a Transmission Provider during any Dispatch Down Period.

Dispatch Down/Curtailment. Seller agrees to reduce the amount of Delivered Energy produced by the Facility, by the amount and for the period set forth in any Curtailment Order, provided that Seller is not required to reduce such amount to the extent such Curtailment Order or notice is inconsistent with the limitations of the Facility.

In the event such Dispatch Down Period exceeds fifty (50) hours in any Contract Year, then Buyer shall pay Seller the Contract Price for the curtailed output during those hours of such Dispatch Down Period in excess of the fifty (50) hour maximum.

The price for such Deemed Delivered Product shall be determined in accordance with Schedule 1.42.
