Dispatch Service. 3.01 Fredericton shall provide Dispatch Service as set out in Schedule “B” attached hereto forming part of this Agreement. 3.02 Fredericton, with respect to a 911 Fire Protection call received from the Area, shall dispatch the appropriate Fire Service Provider to respond to the call. The Parties agree that: 4.01 The communications function pertaining to Fredericton shall remain the sole jurisdiction and responsibility of Fredericton. 4.02 Fredericton may undertake, by contractual arrangements, dispatch and other services for municipalities or service providers associated with its PSAP. 4.03 Fredericton and Tobique will establish and maintain a process for processing of 911 calls that overflow from the Fredericton PSAP and received from other PSAPs. 4.04 Each Party agrees that they shall be responsible for any costs of upgrading or installing the equipment necessary for the Dispatch Service related to their region. Each Party also agrees that Fredericton shall not be responsible for providing any additional infrastructure required for the Dispatch Service. 4.05 The Fire Service Provider shall ensure that their equipment is compatible with the equipment utilized by Fredericton for emergency call taking and dispatch service.
Dispatch Service. 2.1 Fredericton shall provide Dispatch Service for Woodstock for the coverage area as set out in Schedule “A” attached hereto forming part of this Agreement.
Dispatch Service. ACFD manages the Alameda County Regional Emergency Communication Center (ACRECC) which supplies fire and ambulance dispatch services from a dispatch center, currently located at the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Livermore National Laboratory. ACFD may arrange for dispatch service through a different provider with the prior written approval of the City Manager (said approval shall not be unreasonably withheld by the City Manager), in which case the cost for such dispatch service shall not exceed the amount charged by the then-current provider at the time of the change.
Dispatch Service. A. Contractor agrees to pay the City of Phoenix an annual fee, payable quarterly, for basic dispatch services provided by the PFDRDS, based on the total number of ambulance dispatches for the previous calendar year as delineated in Exhibit A - Attachment 3 of this Scope of Work. Any payments to the City shall not exceed the actual amounts paid and/or due by the City for these services on behalf of Contractor and will reflect only those charges for dispatch of ambulances and related equipment costs and fees. As a condition of participation, Contractor agrees to conform to the Phoenix Fire Department Communication and Incident Management Procedures (PFD Procedures, Vol. II)(attached as Exhibit A—Attachment 9).

Dispatch Service. On a 24/7, 365-day basis, a live operator will be available at the above contact numbers, and Company may request that the operator immediately alert a Supplier customer support person via pager. Pages will generally be returned by Supplier customer support within 30 minuets.
Dispatch Service. Upon completing diagnosis, GE will transmit a work order to TechForce to perform activities described in Section 7. GE will provide sufficient information for TechForce to contact the end-user, procure parts, schedule and perform TechForce Obligations. Both GE and TechForce will agree on the transmission media (for example, fax, e-mail, EDI transfer) and the specific information required to perform the Work.

  • Dispatch The Power Project shall be required to maintain compliance to the applicable Grid Code requirements and directions, if any, as specified by concerned SLDC/RLDC from time to time.

  • Dispatching 1. Dispatchers will schedule and assign drivers and vehicles in accordance with the trips scheduled for each day; 2. Dispatchers will assist drivers while they are in service to carry out the assigned trips on time by providing address assistance and telephoning passengers as needed. 3. Dispatchers will monitor the performance of scheduled trips, reassigning trips and/or adjusting the number of vehicles in service as needed to ensure on-time performance in the most efficient manner. 4. Dispatchers will provide continuous monitoring of assigned radio frequencies during all hours that vehicles are in service, answer and respond to telephone calls on the Ride Status line, and respond to calls from drivers and OoA staff.

  • Our Service The services that you have selected and the charges for those services are confirmed in Section 9 - Your Consent at the end of this agreement. We agree to provide the services selected and you agree to pay us for those services. Any advice or recommendation that we offer to you, will only be given after we have assessed your needs and considered your financial objectives and attitude to any risks that may be involved. We will also take into account any restrictions that you wish to place on the type of products you would be willing to consider.

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (▇▇▇) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • Mail Service The Union shall be permitted to use the State inter and intra-office paper mail system. This usage shall be limited to matters that involve the Union and the Employer. It is not to be used for the purpose of mass mailings to membership and/or bargaining unit employees. The Employer agrees not to open employee union mail when clearly marked as such. Where security is of concern, the mail shall be opened in the presence of the addressee. When feasible, and where equipment is currently available, Union stewards and/or officers may utilize electronic mail and/or facsimile equipment solely for contract enforcement and interpretation and grievance processing matters. Such transmissions will be primarily to expedite communication regarding such matters, will be reasonable with respect to time and volume, and limited to communications with the grievant, if any, appropriate supervisors and employee’s staff representatives. Long distance charges which may be incurred must be approved prior to transmission.
