Common use of Dispatching of Goods Clause in Contracts

Dispatching of Goods. (a) Acquirer cannot provide name and address verification as part of the normal authorization process. Where a Merchant is dispatching goods it is ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s responsibility to ensure that the address to which the goods are to be dispatched is verified by Merchant (b) Merchant must advise the Cardholder of the time it will take to dispatch the goods and if, for any reason, it does not have the goods available for dispatch to the Cardholder within such advised time period, then the Cardholder must be notified of that fact and the order re-confirmed by the Cardholder.
