Display of Information. The Application must not display information concerning any other provider of shipping services or such other shipping services on any page whether comprising one or more frames displaying information. This requirement does not prevent the Application from displaying a menu of shipping service providers, provided such menu or page does not include any other information, including without limitation, identifying or concerning particular service levels of such shipping service providers. Within the Application, You must present all data within each data field without amendment, deletion or modification of any type.

Display of Information. 2.5.1 Licensee shall: (a) Ensure that Delayed Information is clearly labelled and that the period of delay or time of original dissemination is noted in all Licensee's Services displaying Delayed Information; (b) Credit in a manner reasonably satisfactory to NZX, wherever technically feasible, NZX and/or any applicable Information Provider or other source(s) of Information specified by NZX as the source(s) of the Information; (c) Not deface or misuse any NZX or Information Provider trademarks transmitted with the Information, and use all reasonable efforts not to remove such trademarks from Information as included in Licensee’s Service. (d) Use commercially reasonable efforts to comply with any other reasonable Information display requirement that NZX may specify from time to time, on behalf of NZX or Information Providers. 2.5.2 Any reference to display or dissemination of Information in this Agreement includes non- visual display or dissemination of Information (for example, without limitation, via a voice- delivered mobile device application).

In all uses involving display of Information Licensee shall: a) Credit, wherever technically feasible, BHB and/or any Information Provider or other source(s) of Information specified by BHB as the source(s) of the Information; b) Not misrepresent the Information; c) Display, wherever technically feasible, the BHB or Information Provider trademarks transmitted with the Information; d) Not deface or misuse any BHB or Information Provider trademarks transmitted with the Information; e) Ensure, wherever technically feasible, that Delayed Information is clearly labeled and that the period of delay or time of original dissemination is noted in all Services incorporating Delayed Information; f) Not allow Information to be displayed on public internet Websites next to content that BHB considers inappropriate, including but not limited to explicit sexual content, expressions of racial or religious hatred, or incitement to violence; and g) Comply with any additional display or dissemination requirements specified for individual Information Products in this Agreement.

When using the UPS Developer Kit APIs, You will not sublicense access to a UPS Developer Kit API for use by a third party. Consequently, You will not create an Application that functions substantially the same as the UPS Developer Kit API and offer it for use by third parties or use the APIs to process or store any data that is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations maintained by the U.S. Department of State.
Display of Information. The COUNTY shall permit the CONTRACTOR to post or display referral brochures and related informational material in appropriate COUNTY offices and facilities.

  • Supply of Information The Republic agrees to deliver or cause to be delivered to each Stock Exchange copies of such documents as may be reasonably required for the purpose of obtaining such listing.

  • Dissemination of Information The Borrower authorizes each Lender to disclose to any Participant or Purchaser or any other Person acquiring an interest in the Loan Documents by operation of law (each a "Transferee") and any prospective Transferee any and all information in such Lender's possession concerning the creditworthiness of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, including without limitation any information contained in any Reports; provided that each Transferee and prospective Transferee agrees to be bound by Section 9.11 of this Agreement.

  • Security of Information Unless otherwise specifically authorized by the DOH IT Security Officer, Contractor receiving confidential information under this contract assures that:  It is compliant with the applicable provisions of the Washington State Office of the Chief Information Officer’s policy, Securing Information Technology Assets, available at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇▇/ocio.  It will provide DOH copies of its IT security policies, practices and procedures upon the request of the DOH IT Security Officer.  DOH may at any time conduct an audit of the Contractor’s security practices and/or infrastructure to assure compliance with the security requirements of this contract.  It has implemented physical, electronic and administrative safeguards that are consistent with ISB IT security standards and guidelines to prevent unauthorized access, use, modification or disclosure of DOH Confidential Information in any form. This includes, but is not limited to, restricting access to specifically authorized individuals and services through the use of:  Documented access authorization and change control procedures;  Card key systems that restrict, monitor and log access;  Locked racks for the storage of servers that contain Confidential Information or AES encryption (128bit or stronger) to protect confidential data at rest;  Documented patch management practices that assure all network systems are running critical security updates within 6 days of release when the exploit is in the wild, and within 30 days of release for all others;  Documented anti-virus strategies that assure all systems are running the most current anti-virus signatures within 1 day of release;  Complex passwords that are systematically enforced and expire at least every 180 days;  Strong (Two Factor) authentication mechanisms that assure the identity of individuals who access Confidential Information;  Account lock-out after 5 failed authentication attempts for a minimum of 20 minutes, or for Confidential Information, until administrator reset;  AES encrypted (128bit or stronger) sessions for all data transmissions.  Firewall rules and network address translation that isolate database servers from web servers and public networks;  Regular review of firewall rules and configurations to assure compliance with authorization and change control procedures;  Log management and intrusion detection/prevention systems;  A documented and tested incident response plan Any breach of this clause may result in termination of the contract and the demand for return of all personal information.
