Disposal of Consumer Report Information. Client agrees to take reasonable measures to dispose of Reports in order to prevent the unauthorized access to – or use of – information in a Report. Reasonable measures for disposing of consumer report information may include: (1) Burning, pulverizing, or shredding papers containing consumer report information so that the information cannot be read or reconstructed; (2) Destroying, erasing, deleting, and/or scrambling electronic files or media containing consumer report information so that the information cannot be read or reconstructed; or (3) Engaging a professional document destruction contractor to dispose of consumer report ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ all instances, Client’s report disposal procedures shall comply with applicable law.
