Dispute Clause Samples
A Dispute clause outlines the procedures and mechanisms for resolving disagreements that may arise between parties under a contract. Typically, it specifies steps such as negotiation, mediation, or arbitration before litigation can be pursued, and may designate the jurisdiction or forum for resolving disputes. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear, agreed-upon process for addressing conflicts, thereby reducing uncertainty and helping to prevent costly or protracted legal battles.
