Common use of Disputed Statement Clause in Contracts

Disputed Statement. In the event of a bona fide dispute in respect of any payment of any statement furnished by either Party under this clause, the Party that has an objection in regard to any portion of the amount of the invoice shall: (a) notify the other Party of the nature of the dispute and the amount in dispute; and (b) make payment of any amount not in dispute in accordance with clause 10.
