Disputes and Partial Payments. We will make available to You a statement for each billing cycle showing payments, credit purchases and other charges. If You dispute the validity of a charge or need additional information regarding a charge, You must contact Us within forty-five (45) days of receiving the statement containing the charge. Such a dispute will not relieve You of your obligation to pay Your full ▇▇▇▇ on time. We may, but are not required to, accept partial payments from You. If partial payments are accepted, they will be applied first to the oldest outstanding charges.
