You agree to supervise usage of your account by minors. You ratify and confirm any obligations incurred by a minor using your account.

Subscriber Responsibility. Subscriber agrees not to cause, allow or permit any harm to the Services or other “Service Misuse” as defined in paragraph 10 hereof. Subscriber is responsible for all Users and uses of its account, whether or not authorized by Subscriber. It is Subscriber’s responsibility to assign User account names and passwords and any applicable access restrictions to the Users who are authorized to utilize the Services. Subscriber is fully responsible for selection of its Users, control of their passwords and assuring that they abide by all of the terms, conditions and restrictions contained in this Agreement. Subscriber is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Subscriber’s account number and passwords. Subscriber agrees to immediately notify Ricoh of any unauthorized use of Subscriber’s account of which Subscriber becomes aware.

Subscriber Responsibility. After Carrier installs the Equipment necessary to provide the Service, Subscriber shall be fully responsible for all aspect of the operation, maintenance, and repair of Subscriber’s network, including, without limitation, the following: a. Ensuring that battery backup is available to Subscriber’s equipment that may require power to operate during power outages (otherwise, Services will not be available during a power outage). b. Ensuring the Equipment and Subscriber’s equipment is disconnected or suitably protected from lightning strikes or power surges by use of surge protectors or otherwise. Subscriber is liable for damage to Carrier’s Equipment resulting from failure to protect Carrier’s Equipment in a prudent manner. c. Providing adequate virus and spyware protection to the Subscriber’s network to maintain a virus-free network and devices using the Service. d. Providing all internal wiring required to interface Subscriber’s network and equipment operating on its network, including computers, tablets, and other devices, to the Carrier’s Equipment provided as part of the Service.

You may not authorize any third party to access and/or use the Service on your behalf. The Service will allow Subscriber to access the Internet, online services and other commercial sites. Subscriber acknowledges that you may incur charges for goods or services purchased online in addition to those billed by the Provider and agrees that all such charges, including all applicable taxes are Subscriber’s sole responsibility. You will be responsible for any applicable roaming charges associated with the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your conduct is at all times in compliance with the laws, rules and regulations applicable to business transactions conducted in your particular location or by persons or entities of your citizenship.
Subscriber Responsibility. Subscriber shall ensure that its Users shall comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Any access to other networks connected to ISP's network must comply with the rules of the other networks. Subscriber shall not use or permit its end users to use the Services in ways that violate laws, infringe the rights of others, interfere with users of our network or other networks, or otherwise violate our Acceptable Use Policy set forth on our Internet Services web site. For example, you shall not distribute chain letters or unsolicited bulk electronic mail ("spamming"); propagate computer worms or viruses; use a false identity; attempt to gain unauthorized entry to any site or network; distribute child pornography, obscenity or defamatory material over the Internet; or infringe copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights. Subscriber further agrees to comply with U.S. export laws concerning the transmission of technical data and other regulated materials via the Services.
Subscriber Responsibility. The Subscriber is responsible for a. Creating their own back-up copy of any important or critical information that they may have stored on their system or on the Company server. b. Establishing, maintaining, modifying and protecting your Subscriber name and password. c. Ensuring that battery backup is available to your radios, routers, etc. during power outages; otherwise your Internet connection will not be available during a power outage. d. Ensuring equipment is disconnected or suitably protected from lightning strikes or power surges. Subscriber is liable for damage to company's equipment resulting from your failure to protect Company equipment in a prudent manner. e. Providing adequate virus and spyware protection to the subscriber's system.
Subscriber Responsibility. If the Subscriber intends to use ZoomOnline's Voice Calling service with third-party home security or medical monitoring systems, it is the Subscriber's responsibility to ensure compatibility and cover associated costs. Testing the system's operation is recommended.
