User Account. The Services, as described in Appendix 1 of the GTC, are available on the Nearbound Platform at the following address: ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇. To access the Services, the Authorized User must first create a dedicated User Account by entering an exact email address, define a personal and confidential password (together the "Access Codes") under the conditions set out in article 4.2 "License" below, and provide the name of the Customer's company. To finalize the creation of an User Account, the Authorized User must have read and accepted these GTC.
User Account. The Service allows you to create and manage administrator accounts, through which you can purchase and allocate various TeleMessage products and services to various end-users (‘Users“). You will be responsible for the administration and management of all such User Accounts. The creation of a Service User Account, the purchase of and allocation to a User Account of any TeleMessage products by you, and the use of any TeleMessage products by your Users shall be governed by these Terms. You may set up and use two types of Accounts: (i) an Account for the individual use of a specific designated User (“Individual Accounts“); and (ii) a Shared account for the use of several Users sharing the same credentials or other shared identifiers (“Shared Accounts”). You may purchase pre-paid message credit or monthly subscription services from TeleMessage to use with, and pay for, the Service (“TeleMessage Credit“). If you purchase TeleMessage Credit and allocate it to an Account, then any use of such TeleMessage Credit for messaging and/or subsequent purchases within the Service made by the User of such Account shall be governed by these Terms. A User may also purchase TeleMessage Credit on their own behalf in accordance with these Terms.
User Account. A current user account is required to access and use the Prerelease Backup Service (“User Account”). If you do not have a User Account, You must complete the applicable registration process to create a User Account in order to use the Prerelease Backup Service.
User Account. 8.1 You can make a booking once you have registered an account on the Website.
8.2 When registering for a User Account you must provide correct and accurate information and update your contact details of these changes. We are not responsible for any loss or damage (including misdirected emails) which may arise from your failure to provide current, accurate and complete registration details or to keep your details up to date. 8.3 You are responsible for the security of your username and password for your User Account. Any booking made from your user account will be deemed as an authorised transaction. Unauthorised use of your User Account and password will, under no circumstances, reduce your liability in connection with use of the Website, including your obligation to pay for the booking made using your User Account. You must notify us immediately when you become aware of any unauthorised use of your User Account or of any other security breach in connection with the Website.
8.4 You must be 13 years or over to create a user account. Users under the age of 13 require supervision by a responsible adult to use the Website.

User Account. You must establish and/or maintain a "My Verizon" account at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/myverizon and enable such My Verizon account to license On Demand Content (on a rental or unlimited basis). Your "My Verizon" account will then become an "On Demand Enabled Account."
User Account. As a registered user of the Solution, Customer will establish a user account (“User Account”) along with user ID(s) and password(s) (“Login Information”). Customer will employ the security measures necessary to prevent unauthorized users from accessing the Solution and Customer’s Login Information. Customer is solely responsible for the maintenance of Customer’s Login Information and Customer’s User Account. Customer accepts sole responsibility for, and will be liable for all access to the Solution in connection with Customer’s Login Information and User Account. Customer will inform all authorized persons who are given access by Customer to the Solution that such materials are confidential and contain trade secrets of Supplier licensed to Customer as such. Without the prior written consent and such third party entering into a written agreement with Supplier, Customer will not utilize the services of any third party to assist you in using the Solution. Customer will be responsible for all activities that occur under or in connection with Customer’s User Account and Login Information. If Customer is an entity, only Customer’s bona fide employees, duly authorized agents and representatives may use the Solution under Customer’s User Account and this Agreement applies to all of Customer’s employees, representatives, agents, and any other person or entity that accesses the Solution through Customer’s User Account.
User Account. To access the Services, End User must (i) receive necessary authorization from the Subscriber, and (ii) have an account registered via Azure Active Directory. There is no possibility to use the Services without Azure Active Directory account. You acknowledge that Azure Active Directory may block or suspend User Account and in such event we are not able to grant you access to the Services.
User Account. In order to use the Product you may open an user account (“User Account”). While opening the User Account you shall provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Wikitude’s registration form (such information being the "Registration Data") and you shall maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete at all times. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Wikitude has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Wikitude has the right to suspend or terminate your User Account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Product (or any portion thereof). You will be able to administer your User Account through a password protected interface. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentially of your User Account and your User Account password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs via your User Account. If you have reason to believe that your User Account security has been breached it is your responsibility to notify us in a timely manner so that we can take the appropriate action in respect to your User Account. You acknowledge and agree that Wikitude may, at its sole discretion, refuse or close your User Account at any time and without any cause.
User Account. To use the SaaS Services and any Clearinghouse Services, Practice Management Services or other services specifically identified in an Order Form, and for each such Service to operate properly, Client must supply Company with certain “Registration Data”, all of which must be accurate and updated as appropriate. Failure to properly maintain the Registration Data shall be a breach of the Agreement. Client and each End User should ensure that it can receive e-mail from Company, which may require Client and each End User to add Company to a “trusted” sender list to avoid delays or having Company’s correspondences blocked from Client or End User’s inbox.
User Account. You may be required to register for an account to use parts of the Services. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and at all other times when you use the Services, and to update the information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are the sole authorized user of any account you create through the Services. You are solely and fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree that you shall monitor your account to prevent use by minors, and you will accept full responsibility for any unauthorized use of your password or your account. You may not authorize others to use your User status, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your User account to any other person or entity. Should you suspect that any unauthorized party may be using your password or account, you will notify Sauce immediately. Sauce will not be liable and you may be liable for losses, damages, liability, expenses, and fees incurred by Sauce or a third party arising from someone else using your account, regardless of whether you have notified us of such unauthorized use. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or Sauce has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, Sauce has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services (or any portion thereof). We may enable or require you to use a single pair of login credentials to use the Sauce and/or Chew services. You agree not to create an account or use the Services if you have been previously removed by Sauce, or if you have been previously banned from use of the Services.
