Bona fide Sample Clauses

The 'Bona fide' clause establishes that parties must act in good faith and with honest intent in their dealings under the agreement. In practice, this means that each party is expected to be truthful, refrain from deceptive practices, and fulfill their obligations sincerely, such as providing accurate information or making genuine efforts to meet contractual requirements. The core function of this clause is to promote trust and fairness between parties, reducing the risk of disputes arising from bad faith actions or misrepresentations.
