Account and Password. You’re responsible for keeping your account name and password confidential. You’re also responsible for any account that you have access to, whether or not you authorized the use. You’ll immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your accounts. We’re not responsible for any losses due to stolen or hacked passwords. We don’t have access to your current password, and for security reasons, we may only reset your password.

Account and Password. By registering for the Services, you will be prompted to establish certain passwords and provide other access information to enable you to use the Services. If your Services require federated or single sign-on access, your passwords and access is managed by the purchasing entity. You represent that you have all necessary authority to establish an account with us on behalf of the business. The account name, password and access information is confidential information and should be used solely by you to access your account and use the Services. You are responsible for keeping your account name, password and access information confidential. You will take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account and you will immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your accounts or any other breach of security. We aren’t responsible for any losses due to stolen or hacked passwords.

Account and Password. You may be required to register an account with Chaos in order to access certain areas of the website(s) of Chaos (“Websites“) or any and/or all Products. With respect to any such registration, Chaos may refuse to grant You, and You may not Use, a user name (or e-mail address) that is already being used by someone else; that may be construed as impersonating another person; that belongs to another person; that violates the intellectual property or other rights of any person; that is offensive; or that Chaos rejects for any other reason at their sole discretion. You are fully responsible for all interaction with the Websites and Products that occurs in connection with Your password or user name. You agree to notify Chaos immediately of any unauthorized use of Your password or user name or any other breach of security related to Your account or the Website(s) and Products, and to ensure that You “log off” (exit from Your account with the Websites and Products (if applicable)) at the end of each session. Chaos is not liable for any loss or damage arising from Your failure to comply with any of the foregoing obligations.

Account and Password. This license extends to all persons who use XChange under Subscriber's account and using Subscriber's password or personal identification number (PIN), and Subscriber shall be responsible for all use of XChange by such persons, regardless of whether the Subscriber authorizes or knows of such use. AOC may reset Subscriber's password or personal identification number (PIN) on request, after having verified the identity of the person making the request and, if that person is acting as an agent, his or her authority to act on behalf of the Subscriber.

Account and Password. 3.1. When the Customer creates an Account with Pleo, the Customer must provide information that is accurate, complete and current at all times. The Customer shall assign a Verified Admin to manage the Account. 3.2. The Verified Admin may give permission to further Admin(s) and an External Bookkeeper, if applicable, to manage the Account. The External Bookkeeper may be given limited or extended access. 3.3. The management of the Account allows the Verified Admin, Admin and External Bookkeeper (depending on whether limited or extended permission has been given) to add and onboard Users to the Account. 3.4. On the Customer’s request, Pleo may decide to create a multi-entity log-in for multiple companies in a group. All companies shall be a Customer of Pleo. The main Customer who requests the creation of a multi-entity log-in shall assign a Multi-entity Admin to manage the Accounts of the Customers. 3.5. The Customer undertakes to ensure that the Users including the Verified Admin, Admin(s), External Bookkeeper and the Multi-entity Admin use and manage the Account in compliance with the Agreement. 3.6. The Customer and the Users are responsible for safeguarding the Account and password they use to access the Service. 3.7. The Customer remains fully responsible and liable for all activities and actions under the Account(s) by the Customer and/or the Users whether managed by a Verified Admin, an Admin, an External Bookkeeper and/or a Multi-Entity Admin. 3.8. Accounts and access credentials must not be shared. The Customer and Users agree not to disclose passwords or passcodes to any third party. The Customer and the Users must notify Pleo immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of the Account. 3.9. Any breach of the above requirements constitutes a breach of the Agreement and may result in immediate termination of the Account and the Service.

If you are purchasing goods or services online for the first time, you will automatically receive your IBR identification number (“Forever Healthy I.D.”) and confirmation of your Username allowing you to login to our system “back office”. You can update and edit your personal information at any time and are required to have your information updated and correct. You are required to register with FHP in order to access certain areas of this Website. With respect to any such registration, FHP has the right to grant or deny you the usage of a User Name or Email Address in accordance with its policies, such as for reasons that these belong to or are already being used by another person; that may be construed as impersonating another person; that violates the intellectual property or other rights of any person; that is offensive; or for any other reason in its sole discretion. You are solely responsible for all activities within your account under your password and Forever Healthy identification number. Your password should be treated with care and should not be disclosed to anyone. You cannot use your password or anyone else's password for any unauthorized purpose. You shall indemnify FHP and its staff from all claims and liabilities made by a third party resulting from all activities incurred within your account. In consideration of your use of the website you agree to: (i) provide true, accurate, and current and complete information about yourself or your organization as prompted by the website (the "registration information"); and (ii) maintain and update the Registration Information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your account and decline to permit your continued use of the website and future access to the website.

If you are purchasing goods or services online for the first time, we will automatically route your information to an Lifebrook LLC representative, who will supply you with an identification number (“Lifebrook LLC I.D.”) which will enable Lifebrook LLC to process and ship your online order. In connection with any future orders, you will be asked to input your Lifebrook I.D.
