Personal Use Only. 5.1 You must not transfer, subcontract, delegate or assign your rights under these Product & Services Terms & Conditions to use of the Telepay Service or the Telepay Equipment to any other company or person, or otherwise permit use of the Telepay Service or Telepay Equipment by any third party. 5.2 You must not use the software or the Telepay Service outside the Territory, unless you have obtained prior written consent from Bank of Scotland requests for use of the Telepay Service outside the Territory should be addressed to your relationship team in the first instance. You must provide the payees’ correct bank sort code and account number or, where relevant correct building society reference/roll number, for your payment instructions to be properly executed.

(b) You must not use the Service: (i) for non-personal use; (ii) for business or commercial use; (iii) For machine-to-machine use including but not limited to: medical alarms/fall detectors, GPS/tracking devices, alarm systems, iOT; (iv) to provide a wholesale service (including to transit, refile or aggregate domestic or international traffic) on the network through which we provide Service; (v) (including any SIM card) in connection with a device that switches or reroutes calls to or from the network through which we provide the Service or the network of any supplier; (vi) to generate mobile voice calls and SMS messages for the purpose of deriving terminating access payments; (vii) to generate voice and SMS traffic using SIM boxing or any automated traffic generation arrangement without our prior written consent, which we may withhold in our absolute discretion. (c) We may take steps to minimise the risk of fraudulent and other non-permitted use. Such use is commonly associated with extreme levels of voice calls and SMS. We will not necessarily pre-publish full details of any such measures because doing so may render them ineffective, but they may involve requesting you to contact our support team to confirm that an extreme call volume relates to personal use. Please respond promptly to any such request, so we can ensure there’s no temporary impact on your service.

Personal Use Only. You will use Victory Online only for your personal, noncommercial use unless you and Victory have agreed otherwise in writing. Use in connection with policies or accounts with Victory in the name of your business are considered personal use.

Other examples of improper activities include, without limitation: Modifying, adapting, translating, or reverse engineering any portion of the VTA Free Wi-Fi Attempting to break security, access, tamper with or use any unauthorized areas of the VTA Free Wi-Fi Attempting to collect or maintain any information about other users of the VTA Free Wi-Fi (including usernames and/or email addresses) or other third parties for unauthorized purposes Creating or transmitting unwanted electronic communications such as "spam," or bulk commercial messages to other users or otherwise interfering with other user's enjoyment of the service Engaging in any activity that infringes or misappropriates the intellectual property, public, VTA, privacy or other proprietary rights of others, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, or any other proprietary right of any third party, or that is defamatory, objectionable, unlawful or promotes or encourages illegal activity The transfer of technology, software, or other materials in violation of applicable export laws and regulations, including but not limited to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations and Executive Orders Distribution of any Internet viruses, worms, pinging, flooding, mail bombing, denial of service attacks, defects, Trojan horses or other items of a destructive nature Accessing illegally or without authorization computers, accounts, equipment or networks belonging to another party, or attempting to penetrate security measures of another system. This includes any activity that may be used as a precursor to an attempted system penetration, including but not limited to port scans, stealth scans or other information gathering activity; or Using VTA Free Wi-Fi for any unlawful, harassing, abusive, criminal or fraudulent purpose.
