SIM Card. Any SIM-card that is integrated in any device supplied by GSGroup must only be used for the purposes of the provision of GSGroup Services. The SIM card MUST NOT be used for any other purpose than the provision of GSGroup Services. Misuse automatically leads to termination of the Agreement and invoicing of: (i) all costs related to the misuse, a minimum of NOK 50,000; and (ii) the amount of all direct and indirect accrued costs and other types of loss from bringing the misuse of the SIM-card to an end.
SIM Card. If the Yoello Product contains a SIM card, you must ensure that it is not used for any reason other than in connection with the Yoello Product's use as part of the Service. We may, acting reasonably, invoice you for any costs incurred by us which we believe result from the SIM card being used for any other reason.
SIM Card. 1. When the same is necessary to access the network of Service Provider and use the Services, Service Provider shall issue to subscriber a Subscriber Identification/Identity Module (SIM) Card. 2. Subscriber shall be solely responsible for the SIM Card upon its delivery to him/her. Subscriber shall keep the SIM Card in good condition, wear and tear excepted. In case of loss of the SIM Card, Subscriber shall bear the loss of the SIM Card or obtain, at Subscriber’s cost, a replacement SIM Card from Service Provider to continue his/her access to the Service. Subscriber understands and agrees that damage to or loss of the SIM Card is neither a valid ground for the Subscriber not to pay the Monthly Recurring Fee (MRF) and other charges associated with his/her use of the Services nor a valid ground for termination of the Service without Pre- Termination Fee if such loss or damage occurs within the Holding Period. 3. All access to the Service such as, but not limited to, calls, local or international, incoming or outgoing, made or accepted through the use of the SIM Card shall be presumed made or authorized by Subscriber. Accordingly, all charges for such use shall be paid by the Subscriber except for usage charges incurred after Subscriber reports the loss of the SIM Card to Service Provider’s Customer Service Hotline at (+▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇), or 211 via Globe Mobile, Globe Stores, or Subscriber’s account manager and the report is acknowledged to have been received by the latter.

SIM Card. 4.1 SUN Mobile may in its sole discretion replace free of charge for you any Flex-Mobile SIM Card damaged due to normal wear and tear. SUN Mobile will charge you a replacement fee for a Flex-Mobile SIM Card: (a) damaged due to misuse, negligence or willful damage on your part; or (b) lost by, or stolen from you. 4.2 You must contact us to arrange your Mobile Service to be suspended if your Flex-Mobile SIM Card or Mobile Equipment has been stolen from you. 4.3 You are responsible for all Charges connected with the Flex-Mobile SIM Card until SUN Mobile disconnects all Mobile Services to your lost Flex-Mobile SIM Card. 4.4 Following your report of the lost Flex-Mobile SIM Card in accordance with clause 4.2, you may take your Cardholder Certificate to any designated SUN Mobile shops to replace for a Flex-Mobile SIM Card. SUN Mobile will charge you for the replacement of the Flex-Mobile SIM Card at SUN Mobile’s prevailing replacement fee. The replacement Flex-Mobile SIM Card will have the same balance as the lost Flex- Mobile SIM Card at the time it was disconnected by SUN Mobile. SIM Card. If the Product contains a SIM card, you must ensure that it is not used for any reason other than in connection with the Product's use as part of the Service. SIM Card. We will provide you with one (1) Subscriber Identification Module card, or if applicable, a Universal Subscriber Identification Module card, referred to as a “SIM Card” in these terms and conditions. The SIM Card shall remain our property at all times and the ownership of the SIM Card does not at any time pass to you. We grant you the right to use the SIM Card for purposes of the Service. The SIM Card must be returned to us on demand. Risk passes immediately to you when you receive the SIM Card. You must not change or transfer the SIM Card to a third party without our prior written approval. We will replace a defective SIM Card at no cost if the defect is proven to our satisfaction to have been caused by the manufacturer or supplier and provided that you return the defective SIM Card to us within fourteen (14) days from the date the Services are activated. You must take all precautions to prevent the loss, theft or misuse of the SIM Card.
SIM Card. 22.1 A SIM-card made available to the Customer by T-Mobile is and remains the property of T-Mobile. After T-Mobile’s first request to do so, the Customer must return the SIM-card to T-Mobile after the end of the Agreement. 22.2 In the event of theft or loss of the SIM-card, the Customer must immediately notify T-Mobile of this in the manner communicated by T-Mobile. The Customer is liable for the (call) charges and the use of the Services until T-Mobile has received the notification referred to in this Article.
SIM Card. Swisscom shall replace defective SIM cards free of charge for a period of one (1) year. Swisscom has the right to re- place the SIM card at any time if this is necessary for tech- nical or operational reasons. Swisscom also has the right to load appropriate data or software on Customer’s SIM card at any time for purposes of optimising or expanding Swisscom’s services over the mobile network.
SIM Card. 8.1 The Sim Card and all the intellectual property rights, technology, software in the SIM Card, and documentation relating to belong to Atilze or it is the property of its applicable licensor. Atilze merely grants Customer a revocable, conditional, non-exclusive, non-assignable, non- sub-licensable licence to use the SIM Card in accordance with the Agreement. Risk of the SIM Card shall pass to Customer upon delivery to the Customer. 8.2 Customer agrees not to interfere or impair the operation of the SIM Card and Customer will not in any event or circumstances duplicate the identity of the SIM Card including for the purpose of back-up. 8.3 Atilze may request Customer to return the SIM Card to Atilze at any time, upon termination of the Agreement, or when Atilze issue Customer with a replacement for faulty SIM Card. Atilze will impose a fee if Customer fails to return the SIM Card to Atilze upon Atilze’s request. 8.4 Each SIM Card will have a SIM Number. The SIM Number belongs to the network provider and they reserve all rights attached to the SIM Number. The network provider has an absolute discretion to reject and reclaim the SIM Number, at any material time, without liability, even if they do not provide Customer or Atilze with reason.
