Disputes Concerning Check-Off. Any dispute between the Union and the Employer which may arise as to whether or not an employee properly executed or properly revoked an Authorization for Check-off of Dues Form, shall be reviewed with the employee by a representative of the Local Union and the designated representative of the Employer.
