Disqualification of Bidder Clause Samples

Disqualification of Bidder. An employee who is unable to perform the job to which he bid to the satisfaction of the Company within sixty-four (64) work days after being awarded the job shall be returned to the job classification the employee held at the time of submitting the bid. An employee so returned shall not be eligible to bid again for the same job from which the employee returned for a period of twelve (12) months.

Disqualification of Bidder. Bidders may be disqualified from bidding for failure to comply with the requirements of this Special Provision, the Contract specifications, and VDOT Road and Bridge Specifications.

Disqualification of Bidder. The submission of more than one (1) bid to the County as the primary Bidder for the same work by an individual firm, partnership or corporation under the same or different names may be grounds for disqualification of a Bidder and the rejection of the bid.

Disqualification of Bidder. More than one Bid from an individual, firm, partnership, corporation, or association under the same or different names shall not be considered. All Bids shall be rejected if there is reason to believe that collusion exists between BIDDERS. Bids in which the prices obviously are unbalanced shall be subject to review and/or rejection. Automatic disqualifiers are as follows: a. Not including an executed BIDDER signature.age. b. Not being licensed to perform the required work or provide the required product. c. Not being eligible to bid due to violations listed under paragraph #33, Public Entity Crimes. d. Not completing the Bid submittal form. e. Bidder does not meet the Competency of Bidder and Reference requirements set forth herein. f. Reason to believe that collusion exists among or between Bidders g. Unbalanced Bid; that is, Bid in which the prices bid for some items are out of all proportion to those Bids of others. h. ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s uncompleted workload, which in the judgment of the City, may cause detrimental impact or impair the prompt completion of this Contract.

Disqualification of Bidder. The City reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to reject any Bid if: A. Bidder submits more than one (1) Bid under the same or different names. Reasonable grounds for believing that the Bidder is interested in more than one (1) Bid will cause rejection of all Bids in which the Bidder has an interest; or B. There is reason for believing that collusion exists among Bidders. Participants in such collusion will not be considered in future bids for a ON AIRPORT RENTAL CAR CONCESSION; or C. Bidder is in arrears or is currently in default to the City on any debt or contract, or is a defaulter as surety or otherwise on any obligation to the City, or the Bidder has failed to perform faithfully in any current or previous contract with the City within the last five (5) years; or D. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is currently involved in litigation with the City regarding any previous contract obligations; or E. Bidder submits a Bid that contains a Minimum Annual Guarantee (MAG) for any Contract Year of less than Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00). F. The City will not enter into an Agreement with any Bidder who is found to be delinquent on City of St. Louis Earnings Taxes or is unable to procure a City of St. Louis Business License, if such license is applicable.

Disqualification of Bidder. If there is reason to believe that collusion exists among the bidders, the City of Milpitas may refuse to consider bids from participants in such collusion. No person, firm, or corporation under the same or different name, shall make, file, or be interested in more than one bid for the same work unless alternate bids are called for. A person, firm, or corporation who has submitted a sub-Bid to a bidder, or who has quoted prices on materials to a bidder, is not thereby disqualified from submitting a sub-bid or quoting prices to other bidders. A reasonable ground for believing that any bidder is interested in more than one Bid for the same work will cause the rejection of all Bids for the work in which a bidder is interested. If there is reason to believe that collusion exists among the bidders, the City of Milpitas may refuse to consider Bids from participants in such collusion. ENGINEERS ESTIMATE. The value of the project is estimated to be in the range of One Hundred Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($100,000.00) per year. This esimated amount is not a guarantee of work. It is only an estimate based on historical usage.

Disqualification of Bidder. A Bidder offering products/services to the Municipality of Kincardine certifies that it has not communicated directly or indirectly their bid to any competitor or any other person engaged in such line of business. Any or all bids may be rejected if Municipality of Kincardine believes that collusion exists among the Bidders. Bids in which the prices are obviously unbalanced may be rejected.
