Distributing Photos. The Software allows you to capture photos and save them on the hard drive of a single computer. The Software is not intended to be used, and this Agreement does not authorize you to use the Software, for distributing , uploading, downloading, transferring, or sharing photos (collectively “Distributing”) whether from a computer hard drive or otherwise. For Distributing photos from your computer, ▇▇▇▇ developed the Photo Party Upload® app to work with the Software. The Software is not designed to, and ▇▇▇▇ makes no guaranty, representation or warranty that the Software will work with third party software or websites, including but not limited to Facebook.

  • Unbundled Sub-Loop Distribution Voice Grade (USLD-VG) is a copper sub- loop facility from the cross-box in the field up to and including the point of demarcation at the End User’s premises and may have load coils.

  • Distribution The Servicer will prepare the form in duplicate and send the original together with evidence of conveyance of title and appropriate supporting documentation to the Master Servicer with the Monthly Accounting Reports which supports the Mortgage Loan’s removal from the Mortgage Loan Activity Report. The Servicer will retain the duplicate for its own records. The numbers on the form correspond with the numbers listed below.

  • Distribution Upgrades The Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the Distribution Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement. If the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Interconnection Customer agree, the Interconnection Customer may construct Distribution Upgrades. The actual cost of the Distribution Upgrades, including overheads, shall be directly assigned to the Interconnection Customer. The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for its share of all reasonable expenses, including overheads, associated with owning, operating, maintaining, repairing, and replacing the Distribution Upgrades, as set forth in Attachment 6 to this Agreement.

  • COVID-19 Vaccine Passports Pursuant to Texas Health and Safety Code, Section 161.0085(c), Contractor certifies that it does not require its customers to provide any documentation certifying the customer’s COVID-19 vaccination or post-transmission recovery on entry to, to gain access to, or to receive service from the Contractor’s business. Contractor acknowledges that such a vaccine or recovery requirement would make Contractor ineligible for a state-funded contract.

  • Distribution Compliance Period The Purchaser agrees not to resell, pledge or transfer any Purchased Shares within the United States or to any U.S. Person, as each of those terms is defined in Regulation S, during the 40 days following the Closing Date.
