Common use of Distributing Clause in Contracts

Distributing. The income generated by a sub-fund or share class that has a "distributing" type of income appropriation as per Annex A “Overview of Sub-Funds” is distributed annually. If distributions are made, they are made within four months of the end of the financial year. Up to 10% of the sub-fund’s net income may be carried forward to the new account. Realised capital gains from the sale of property and rights are retained by the Management Company for reinvestment. Distributions are paid out on the units issued on the distribution date. No interest is paid on declared distributions from the date on which they become due.
