Common use of Distributing Clause in Contracts

Distributing. The realised earnings (after deduction/accrual of the costs) of the AIF or unit class that have an appropriation of proceeds of the type "Distributing" as per Annex A "Fund overview", may be periodically distributed in whole or in part by resolution of the AIFM. Distributions are paid on the units outstanding on the distribution date. No interest will be paid on the announced distributions as from the time of their due date.
