Distribution of Quantity. The Department also reserves the right to split/distribute the work/quantities of item of work (Schedule of work) amongst the lowest of the two agencies who agree to the rates decided by the Department in respect of 1st lowest and the proportion of work distribution shall be in the following manner: i. 70% to the First lowest Tenderer.
