Common use of Distribution Sub-Loop Facility Clause in Contracts

Distribution Sub-Loop Facility. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Amended Agreement (but subject to the conditions set forth in Section 2 above), in accordance with 47 C.F.R. § 51.319(b), upon site-specific request, Supra may obtain access to the Distribution Sub-Loop Facility at a technically feasible access point located near a Verizon remote terminal equipment enclosure in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, 47 C.F.R. § 51.319(b)(1)(i). It is not technically feasible to access the sub-loop distribution facility if a technician must access the facility by removing a splice case to reach the wiring within the cable.
