Common use of Distribution Sub-Loop Facility Clause in Contracts

Distribution Sub-Loop Facility. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Amended Agreement (but subject to the conditions set forth in Section 2 above [and Section 4.4 below]), in accordance with 47 C.F.R. § 51.319(b) and the Arbitration Order, upon site-specific request, ***CLEC Acronym TXT*** may obtain access to the Distribution Sub-Loop Facility at a technically feasible access point located near a Verizon remote terminal equipment enclosure in accordance with 47 C.F.R. § 51.319(b)(1)(i) and the Arbitration Order at the rates and charges provided for Unbundled Sub-Loop Arrangements (or the Distribution Sub-Loop) in the Amended Agreement. It is not technically feasible to access the sub-loop distribution facility if a technician must access the facility by removing a splice case to reach the wiring within the cable.

It is not technically feasible to access the sub-loop distribution facility if a technician must access the facility by removing a splice case to reach the wiring within the cable.
