DISTRIBUTIONS AND DETERMINATION OF NET ASSET VALUE Clause Samples

The "Distributions and Determination of Net Asset Value" clause defines how and when profits or income generated by a fund or investment vehicle are distributed to its investors, as well as the method for calculating the value of the fund's assets. Typically, this clause outlines the frequency of distributions (such as quarterly or annually), the formula or process for determining net asset value (NAV), and any adjustments or expenses that may affect these calculations. By establishing clear procedures for both distributions and NAV calculations, this clause ensures transparency for investors and helps prevent disputes regarding the value of their holdings or the timing and amount of payouts.
