Common use of DISTRICT PROBLEM SOLVING COMMITTTEE Clause in Contracts

DISTRICT PROBLEM SOLVING COMMITTTEE. There shall be a District Problem Solving Committee formed for the purpose of maintaining good communications, ongoing problem solving, and strengthening staff/administrative relations during the life of this agreement. This committee shall have no authority to address grievances or sensitive legal personnel matters. This committee shall be encouraged to solve identified problems in an open and creative atmosphere using consensus-based format.
