Diversion Programs and Services. The Grantee shall use grant funds to provide community-based programs and/or services designed to provide diversionary alternatives for juveniles at risk of commitment to Department including, but not limited to, intensive supervision probation, residential placements, family preservation services, parenting skills, and mental health services.
