The Division of Overtime clause establishes how overtime work and its associated compensation are distributed among employees. Division of Overtime. The division and assignment of all overtime will be at the sole discretion of the contractor. All overtime will be reasonably and impartially divided among the workmen over the duration of the job except where it is mutually agreed to be impractical.
