Document Precedence. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and those of any Exhibit, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and such Exhibits shall be corrected accordingly.
Document Precedence. In the event of any inconsistencies between this Agreement (not including the Exhibits) and the other documents that cannot reasonably be reconciled, the following order of precedence in the interpretation hereof or resolution of such conflict hereunder shall prevail. For the avoidance of doubt, items 2-5 below are intended to be read together and the following order of precedence shall only apply where an irreconcilable conflict exists.
