Common use of Document Requests Clause in Contracts

Document Requests. The Investors acknowledge and agree that upon the Closing hereunder, all requests and demands made by the Investors prior to the date hereof pursuant to Section 220 of the General Corporation Law of the State of Delaware and the common law of the State of Delaware to inspect and to make copies or abstracts from certain documents of the Company are hereby withdrawn; provided, that nothing in this Section 6.3 shall prohibit any such request in the future, unless otherwise prohibited by any other contractual obligation of the parties hereto. Upon execution by the parties hereto of the Mutual Release of Claims, all documents previously submitted to the Investors, including all copies and abstracts thereof, shall be returned to the Company.
