Alternatively, a letter of intent to execute a Joint Venture Agreement in the event of a successful Tender shall be signed by all members and submitted with the Tender, together with a copy of the proposed Agreement. 10.3 The Tenderer shall furnish in the Form of Tender information on commissions gratuities, and fees, if any, paid or to be paid to agents or any other party relating to this Tender.
